VANCOUVER, BC, May 25 /CNW/ - On the eve of Home Depot's Annual General Meeting, Greenpeace has built a giant art installation featuring the company's logo in the middle of a British Columbia clearcut that was once an ancient forest. The clearcut is several hundred yards from the Squamish River, a prime salmon river. The forest was logged by International Forest Products (Interfor), a major supplier of The Home Depot chain.
