I oppose rescinding the 2001 Roadless Area Conservation Rule. Please retain its protections for inventoried roadless areas. Freshwater matters to me because it is essential to all living species on the planet I am concerned that removing restrictions on road construction and timber harvesting could increase erosion and sediment entering streams, harming water quality and the aquatic habitat for fish I care about. Please fully evaluate these effects on watersheds and downstream communities. I urge the Forest Service to retain the Roadless Rule and prioritize clean water in its decision. Thank you.

I oppose rescinding the 2001 Roadless Area Conservation Rule. Please retain its protections for inventoried roadless areas. Freshwater matters to me because I like camping in remote areas without well water/potable water. Contamination of our water supply with chemicals and heavy metals would be detrimental to my health. I am concerned that removing restrictions on road construction and timber harvesting could increase erosion and sediment entering streams, harming water quality and the aquatic habitat for fish I care about.

Freshwater matters to me because that is where all of the outdoor activities happen. Swimming, kayaking, fishing, and any other activities that others do in the waters. Freshwater is home to many fishes for those that want to fish. Freshwater provides giving others a chance to be outside, in the sun, swimming and skipping rocks. Freshwater gives everyone a chance to experience being outside. I oppose rescinding the 2001 Roadless Area Conservation Rule. Please retain its protections for inventoried roadless areas. Freshwater matters as our protected environments are actively disintegrating because of large corporations lobbing to keep restrictions at bay so they can make more of a profit. With the regular destruction of our natural land for data centers and the poisoning of water for those local communities we need to do what we can to protect our few national parks we have left. I am concerned that removing restrictions on road construction and timber harvesting could increase erosion and sediment entering streams, harming water quality and the aquatic habitat for fish I care about. I oppose rescinding the 2001 Roadless Area Conservation Rule. Please retain its protections for inventoried roadless areas. Freshwater matters to me because I am a living, breathing, thinking and feeling human being. I oppose rescinding the 2001 Roadless Area Conservation Rule. Please retain its protections for inventoried roadless areas. The quality of rivers, lakes, and streams directly impacts how safe a shoreline is for swimming and fishing, how the terrain surrounding them nourishes vegetation and other critical species, and whether local water supplies are safe to drink from.
