Please find attached the comments of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation Department of Natural Resources on the proposed rescission of the 2001 Roadless Area Conservation Rule and the Draft Environmental Impact Statement.
I am attaching my comments and those of two local high school students who attend Craig County High School.
