I completely and totally oppose making ANY changes to our current roadless provisions as it pertains to Federal and State land. To be more clear, don't change anything.
As a United Dtates citizen and voter I urge you not to end the Roadless Rule of 2001. We are indeed America the beautiful due to laws such as the Roadless Rule. Iβll be watching and vote accordingly.
National Audubon Society submits the attached technical comments on the proposed rulemaking, draft environmental impact statement (DEIS), and economic analysis concerning management of roadless areas. On behalf of our 2.6 million members and supporters, Audubon urges the U.S. Forest Service not to repeal the 2001 Roadless Area Conservation Rule.
