The letter

As sent in FS-2025-0001-470563, the comment that stands for the group.

I am a resident of [INSERT COUNTY] in the state of Florida and I respectfully urge you to withdraw this proposal and retain the Roadless Rule's national protections. Florida’s three National Forests are home to hundreds of endangered and threatened species and provide a substantial part of Florida's outdoor recreation economy, which depends on the undeveloped character of these forests and on the clean water that flows from them. [INSERT personal connection to the Apalachicola, Osceola, or Ocala national forests here] Opening currently roadless areas to new road construction and timber harvesting would cause substantial harm to both the people and wildlife that utilize them. I respectfully ask the USDA to withdraw the proposed rule and retain the 2001 Roadless Rule's national protections in full.
