“values and benefits to present and future generations”
The comment
As a consulting forester of 40 plus years, sustainability planner and conservationist, I am opposed to the dangerous, non-sensical recession of the vital 2001 USDA FS Roadless Rule enacted in 2001.
The federal government must protect and maintain this essential Roadless Rule fully in it strongest form. Protection of our national roadless forests is essential for preserving the nations biodiversity, clean water, diverse wildlife, hunting and recreational forest lands and more.
These values and benefits to present and future generations must be secure and maintained in the secure, strong present roadless rule as it is current, vital, successful law.
Please protect the roadless rule as strong as it is at present and do not permit any recession.
Thank you for considering my public testimony.
Sincerely,
Daniel R. Plumley
