“Getting rid of the legislation that protect roadless areas is a miserable, stupid idea”
“Please do not go ahead with such legislation”
The comment
Large, intact ecosystems, such at the roadless areas, offer numerous benefits. Obviously, there are conservation benefits to fauna who need tracts of land undisturbed by humans. From an anthropomorphic point of view, intact ecosystems support the nature capital that we all depend upon. In other words, without nature, we all perish. That alone should be sufficient reason to ensure we continue to have roadless areas in our public lands.
Getting rid of the legislation that protect roadless areas is a miserable, stupid idea. Please do not go ahead with such legislation. Thank you. CYoung
