The comment

Experts across the board know this is a bad idea. They know it's politically motivated to help the logging industry. Your department is supposed to manage and care for wilderness, but instead you do everything you can to ruin it under this current administration. The claim about caring about wildfire is laughable considering the extraordinarily high number of fires that begin near roads. You are opening up the wilderness to human-generated fire damage. Why? So a few companies can make a few dollars? We care about the wild, we want to see it managed and protected. This does the opposite of that. You know that, but you're being led by morally bankrupt morons like Doug Burgum. Public pushback is real, you don't have to "follow orders" just because the fascists tell you to.
