“harm humans who depend on natural systems to survive”
“long-term consequences”
The comment
I am a scientists with a PhD in environmental chemistry, an MS in public health and a BS in Ecology. I have studied how natural systems are connected and this move to rescind the 2001 Roadless Area Conservation Rule is going to harm ecosystems, but it is also going to harm humans who depend on natural systems to survive. One cannot just pillage the natural world for a quick pay out, without facing long-term consequences. This is absolute madness and I want to log my objection.
