Please do not repeal the Roadless Rule. This rule is so critical to not only the health of people and wildlife but also to our national security. Smart national security means preserving our natural resources, not senselessly destroying them.
Furthermore, 90% of wildfires are started on or near roads. With stats like that, building more roads seems extremely dangerous in the age of climate change. Please protect our forests from more destruction and maintain this simple, yet incredible effective and powerful rule, to stay in place. We only have so much forested land left. Let’s save it.
