As a citizen living in close proximity to the Apalachicola National Forest in Florida, and one appreciative of the environmental blessings derived from it, I am highly concerned about the proposed rescission of the Roadless Rule. There is reason to believe that the Roadless Rule has prevented much harm to the Forest ----harm like additional disturbance of the surface water movement, and introduction of non-native plant species to more and more places. I am a citizen and voter who believes that the rescission would be reckless, and I urge rejection of it.
