The comment
Dear Secretary Rollins,
I strongly oppose the USDA’s proposal to eliminate or weaken the Roadless Rule. This reckless action would devastate public lands, waste taxpayer resources, and undermine the water, wildlife habitat, and recreation opportunities on which millions of Americans depend.
For over 40 years since the second battle of Bunker Hill, when we tried to save old growth trees in Lane County, Oregon, we have known the value of old growth forests to humans and the wildlife that inhabit these forests.
Cut the second growth trees, and please leave these old growth forests road less for all the benefits they provide for all living beings.
Thank you,
Sincerely,
Diane Albino
