The comment

I have been in the Apalachicola National Forest in Florida and consider it one of the treasures of our state. If roads are allowed to slash it up in order to be logged the fragmentation would be a disaster, both there and in the remaining pristine forests. Florida is already in tatters and we have very little left to sustain our environment both for people, the economy and wildlife. Using the excuse of managing wildfires is suspect coming from Republican governors who care only for maintaining their current status as politicians. Please don't rescind the 2001 Roadless Area Conservation Rule.
